Mr. Robert Alfred “Bob” Champion, 74 of Brewton, passed away Monday, August 31, 2020 at a Montgomery hospital.

Mr. Champion was born in Anniston and had been a 15 year resident of Brewton. He worked as a supervisor for a manufactured home plant.  He enjoyed wrestling and fishing, and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Champion and Ruth Pearl Formby Champion; and nine siblings.

He is survived by a daughter, Ruthie Champion of Georgia; a sister, Helen Franklin of Luverne; a number of nieces and nephews and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Bro. Waylon Stuckey officiating.

Interment will follow in Pineview Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Kristy Marvin, Stephen Marvin, Erick Marvin and Clay Bell.

Craver’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
