The Escambia County Board of Education will be offering a virtual training class for those interested in become a substitute employee for the school system.

The meeting will be held Friday, Oct. 9 beginning at 9 a.m.

The training is free.

If you are currently on the substitute list for the school district and become a substitute teacher, teacher assistant, secretary, cafeteria worker, bus driver or custodian, you must login to this training before you can begin subbing for the 2020-2021 school year. No one will be allowed to sub before attending one of this mandatory session. Each session will last approximately 2 hours.
