Wanda Billingsley Day
Mrs. Wanda Billingsley Day, 66, of Travis Road in Brewton, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 in a Pensacola, Fla., hospital after a brief illness.
She was a native of Chicago, Ill., and a long time resident of Brewton. Mrs. Day was of the Christian faith, and a homemaker.
She is survived by heer parents, Arthur and Clara Zepernick Billingsley; one daughter, Roselynne (Tony) Lawen of Greenville, S.C.; one brother, Ira Joe Billingsley of Brewton; one sister, Julie (Ray) Walker of Brewton; three grandchildren, Clarissa Lawen, Lydia Lawen, and Noah Floyd; a son-in-law, Charlie Floyd; and her special pups, Ginger, Cheeman, Cheetah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edd Thompson, Jr.; daughters, Sherry Thompson and Barbara Floyd; great-grandmother, Myrtle Cox; nephew, John Arnold; and aunt, Gertrude Norris.
Memorial Services for Mrs. Wanda Billingsley Day will be held at a later date and time.
Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
