Mrs. Artie  Bell Cosey, 84, of Brewton, passed away Thursday, December, 31, 2020 at D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Cosey was a native of Brewton, and a lifelong member of the community where she was a homemaker. She enjoyed making quilts, sewing, reading, going to church, collecting baby dolls, taking walks, and her dog, ‘Baby’. Mrs. Cosey attended Golden Memorial and Edendale Holiness Church.

She is survived by her son, Claude Cosey of Brewton; sisters, Adell Fogle of Needville, Texas and Melba Pouncy of East Brewton; numerous nieces and nephew and great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Edna Kent; husband, Bobby Louis Cosey; brothers, Floyd Kent, Clifford Kent, Manford Kent, and sister, Jeanette Kent.
Graveside services were held Sunday, January 3, 2021`at 2:00 p.m. at Weaver Cemetery with Bro. Donnis Bowman officiating.

Craver’s Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
