Ms. Dall was the daughter of Pauline Hazel Burch Baggett Bryant and Daniel Webster Baggett. During her lifetime, she was first married to Jabe Cleveland Myrick and later married to Clayton Weldon “Skip” Dall, (both deceased). She was a retiree from Monsanto in Cantonment, Fla.

Ms. Dall is survived by three daughters, Zandra Dall, Jackie Dall, and Kathy Myrick; three sisters, Anita Bateman, Alice Nibarger, and Carolyn Wilson; one brother, Troy Baggett; four grandchildren, Meganne Updike Smith, Chase Updike, Jeremy Myrick, and Kristen Campbell; six great-grandchildren,  Layna Updike, Naomi Updike, Rosalyn Updike, Jack Updike, Nowlan Smith, and Elizabeth Campbell.

Ms. Dall is also the mother of one son Gene C. Myrick (deceased); the sister to Robert Baggett  (deceased), and two sisters Faye Baggett Crosby and Marjorie Baggett (both deceased).

Ms. Dall was born in Appleton, Alabama in 1931.  Ms. Dall’s family was some of the first settlers in the Appleton and Brewton area; her family has been in this area for over 200  years.

Ms. Dall wrote this obituary prior to her death. She wanted to say to all, she never tried to impress anyone; she was always herself-very high spirited, unpredictable and always full of surprises- even to the writing of this obituary.

Mrs. Dall’s visitation will be held at Williams Memorial Chapel on January 15th from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.  Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Weaver’s Cemetery located on Appleton Road with Rev. Jeff Edwards officiating.

Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton is in charge of arrangements.

She will be buried between her son, Gene C. Myrick and her mother  Pauline Hazel Burch Baggett Bryant.

Betty will be missed by many who love her
