Frank Beasley, 73, a lifelong resident of Flomaton, passed away after a short term illness on Saturday, December 26, 2020.
Frank was born on September 4, 1947 in Flomaton. He served in the U.S. Army at the age of 18. Followed by his lifelong career in the oil field industry, he became owner of family business, Surplus Pipe and Equipment, Inc. Work was never work because he thoroughly enjoyed his career of choice. He enjoyed farm life and spending time with family and his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sue Sessions Beasley of Flomaton; sons, Jeff Beasley of Tallahassee, Fla., and Jason (Aundrea) Beasley of Flomaton; nephews, David Beasley and Ashley Beasley.  He was one awesome ‘Pop’ to his beloved grandchildren, Olivia, Jackson, and Ridge.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Vertie Mae Wright Beasley, Sr., and brother, Charles Beasley. He will be missed by many friends and family.
A memorial service will be held with immediate family.
