Mr. Garth Arelioues Cook, 77, of Cook Pond Road in Brewton passed away Friday ,January 15, 2021 in a Pensacola, Fla., hospital after a brief illness.

He was a native and life long resident of Brewton. Mr. Cook was of the Baptist faith, a 1962 graduate of W.S. Neal High School, and a retired electrician from the construction industry.

He is survived by a brother, Chris (Linda) Cook of Damascus; a sister, Mary Linda Anthony of Damascus; family friend, Jimmy Rhodes.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arelioues C. and Josephine McDonald Cook.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Drake Dorsett officiating. Interment will follow in Damascus Cemetery in Brewton.
