Ms. Martha Weaver, 74, of Castleberry, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in Brewton.
Ms. Weaver spent most all of her life in Castleberry. She was a member of the Conecuh County High School Class of 1965. She had previously owned a flower shop in Brewton and had worked for a number of years as an office manager at Weaver Glass Company. She loved to work in her yard and enjoyed fishing. She was a member of Castleberry United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Weaver and Myrtle Rogers Weaver; a son, Willard N. Hooks II; a sister, Agnes Johnson; and two brothers, Frank Weaver and Rogers Weaver.
She is survived by two brothers, John Weaver of Castleberry, and Loreze Weaver of Mobile; a sister, Judy Baker of Castleberry; two grandchildren, Willard N. Hooks II, Corey (Jessie) Hooks; a great-grandchild, Ellic Hooks; and 11nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services were held at Dolihite Cemetery on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Norman Brown officiating.
