It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Mary Boswell Poole announces her passing on Friday, February 12 th at 12:43AM. She peacefully died in her sleep, as she went to be with our Lord and King.

Mrs. Poole was born in Lake Charles, La., to Clyde and Bunie Boswell. She spent her early childhood years in Montgomery, and then moved to Evergreen for her parents to care for her sick grandmother.

Mrs. Poole was predeceased by her parents, and her Husband, Walter Raymond Poole.

She is survived by her three children, Walter Wesley Poole of Destin, Clyde Patrick Poole of Brewton, Mary Lisa Poole Wildberger (David) of Mobile; grandchildren, Mary Celeste Wildberger Thomas (Gaines), David Joel Wildberger, Jr. (Katherine Anne); great-grandchildren, Mary Stallworth Thomas, Earl Gaines Thomas III, Katherine Grace Wildberger; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Cope-Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Edward Robinson officiating. A private burial immediately followed.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Cope-Keahey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
