Officials with the Escambia County Healthcare Authority have released the latest information regarding COVID-19 testing and results for the county.

Testing is completed at D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in Brewton and Atmore Community Hospital.

Since the latest results were released, the Authority has indicated only one new confirmed case of the virus has emerged in the county.

The current total of confirmed cases for D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital tests stands at 629. Some 955 confirmed positive test results have been seen at Atmore Community Hospital.
