A church group from Mobile is making plans to be in East Brewton Thursday to offer assistance to those impacted from Saturday’s tornado.

Oak Park Church of God organizer for the visit, Shane Jones, said the group will be offering meals and even providing supplies for those in need following the devastation in East Brewton.

The group will be set up at the Upper Room Church at the intersection of Forrest Avenue and Andrew Jackson street.

Thursday’s schedule will have the group serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. Supplies will be provided during that time.
