AFC sets give-away for variety of trees
The Escambia County office of the Alabama Forestry Commission will have a tree give-away at the Brewton NRCS office on Friday, March 7 beginning at 7:30 a.m.

The trees will be distributed until 9:30 a.m. or until supply is exhausted.

Available will be seedlings of Bald Cypress, Crabapple, Longleaf Pine, Pecan, Red Maple, Redbud, Swamp White Oak and White Dogwood.

The office location is at 175 Ag Science Drive behind Southern Pine’s offices on South Boulevard.

The limited supply of seedlings, will be limited to 10 in any given species.
