Brewton native Christopher Roderick Ellis participated in graduation ceremonies on Monday as he received his Master of Engineering Management Degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. through the McKelvey School of Engineering.
The commencement exercises were held at the Washington University’s Francis Olympic Field.
Ellis is a graduate of T.R. Miller High School having also studied at Tuskeegee University where he studied mechanical engineering.
After earning his master’s degree, Ellis is pursuing a PhD in his field.
