A report of the incident indicated Daw and Richburg were both traveling south on U.S. 29 on the inside lane of the roadway with Richburg following Daw’s vehicle. As Daw stopped for a northbound school bus, Richburg failed to stop before striking the rear of Daw’s vehicle. Richburg’s vehicle traveled a south for a short distance before veering to the right and coming to a final rest in the outside lane of the roadway. Daw’s vehicle rolled south in the inside lane and came to rest after a short distance.
