The City of East Brewton’s Police Department responded to a total of 44 calls for the week of Feb. 22, 2014, through Feb. 28, 2014. They responded to one burglary, two accidents, provided four escorts, two domestics and assisted six other agencies and 29 other calls or walk- in complaints.

Feb. 27

Calvin L. Rudolph, 34, male of County Rd 91, Castleberry was charged with 3rd degree theft of property and 3rd degree criminal trespassing.

Tonya L. Thomas, 36, female of 309 Jefferson St., Castleberry was charged with 3rd degree theft of property and 3rd degree criminal trespassing.

 

 

 

 

 

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 133 complaints for the week of Feb. 22, 2014, through Feb. 28, 2014. They also responded to five domestic calls, provided transportation for 30; served 127 civil papers, provided no domestic escorts and five funeral escorts.

Jacob A. Lazzari, 18, male of County Rd 54, Daphne was charged with 2nd degree possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol.

 

Feb. 24

John T. Morris, 28, male of Cunningham Road, Brewton was charged with failure to appear, 1st degree theft of property and violation of probation.

Samuel Crenshaw, 26, male of N. Trammel St, Atmore was charged with violation of probation.

Terrell Odom, 34, male of Old Flomaton Rd., Century, Fla. was charged with 2nd degree possession of marijuana.

Marshall L. Shaddix, 41, male of Miller St., Oxford, Ala. was charged with 2nd degree assault.

Lacarsha N. Woods, 29, female of Williamson St., Brewton was charged with 2nd degree possession of marijuana.

 

Feb. 25

Aubrey E. Bartholomew, 22, male of Pineview Dr., Brewton was charged with 3rd degree domestic violence harassment.

Dan M. Curry, 65, male of Hwy 61, Perdido was charged with failure to appear.

Shannon B. Jernigan, 22, male of Trawick Rd. Stapleton was charged with failure to appear.

Dustin L. McLellan, 32, male of Mason Mill Pond Rd., Brewton was charged with bond revocation.

Abel L. Boggan, 53, male of Northgate Dr., Atmore was charged with 3rd degree domestic violence harassment.
