Blueberry Chase 5K raises funds for Neal track team

Saturday morning’s first Blueberry Chase 5K raised more than $1,700 to help repair the track at W.S. Neal High School.

The overall male winner of the race was Matt Dobson, and the overall female winner was Debra McKenzie. Masters winners were Douglas Darby and Carol Crawford. Grand masters winners were Robert Staples and Linda Langham.

Organizer Rebecca Jordan, who is coach of the W.S. Neal High School track team, said the event raised $1,744.
