Mr. Manford Harold Ryals, 76, of County Road 6 Lenox, died Monday, Nov. 15, 2010 at a Monroe County medical facility after a brief illness. He was a native and life long resident of Conecuh County. He was a member of Hartwood Methodist Church, a U.S. Army Veteran, retired from Vanity Fair with 26 years of service, and a retired security gaurd from Georgia Pacific with 5 years of service. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jane Ryals and a son, Leroy Ryals.

He is survived by two sons, Marvin Ryals and Jonathan Ryals (fiancee-Samantha Skidmore), both of Lenox; two daughters, Tammy Mitchell (friend-Billy Wayne Clifton) of Wallace, and Felicia Ryals of Lenox; a sister, Lillie Mae McRae of Brewton; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 17, at 2 p.m. at Hartwood Methodist Church with the Rev. Thomas Smith and the Rev. Bobby Boatwright officiating. Burial will follow in Hartwood Cemetery in Range, with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
