Three Castleberry residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon according to Alabama State Troopers officials at the Evergreen post.

Jessica Lynn Ray, 23, and Arianna Ray, 2, were taken by Lifeflight to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Fla., where they were treated for their injuries.

Victoria Jackson, 13, was transported to D.W. McMillan Hospital in Brewton to be treated for injuries sustained in the accident.

Jessica Ray was the driver of the 2005 Toyota involved in the accident, which occurred on U.S. 31 near the intersection of Kirkland Road, officials said.

Brewton Fire Department responded to the accident and helped to establish a landing site for Lifeflight at the scene. BFD officials said each of the victims was transported separately from the scene.

The condition of those injured in the accident has not been made available.
