Brewton Cal Ripken to open Saturday

The 2011 Brewton Cal Ripken League will have their opening day Saturday at the Brewton YMCA Sports Park.
Opening ceremonies will begin prior to games that start at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
Brewton will have three teams in the 9- and 10-year-old division and three in the 11- and 12-year-old division.
In the 9-10 division will be the Indians, Diamondbacks, and Cardinals and in the 11-12 division will be the Orioles, Yankees, and Phillies.
Play will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and will also be played at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
In the 9-10 division, the Indians and Diamondbacks will first play at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Diamondbacks and Cardinals at 12:30 p.m. and the Cardinals and Indians at 2:30 p.m.
In the 11-12 division, the Orioles and Yankees will start at 10:30 a.m. followed by the Yankees and Phillies at 12:30 p.m. and the Phillies and Orioles at 2:30 p.m.
