The T.R. Miller golf team earned a first place finish Monday at home at the Country Club of Brewton as they defeated W.S. Neal and Escambia County of Atmore.
The Tigers scored a total score of 186 to get the win. W.S. Neal placed second with a score of 207 and Atmore placed third with a score of 280.
Will Smith led the Tigers and all teams with a score of 42 to be a medalist. Mooney Nalty scored a 47 for the Tigers. Troy Hart scored a 48 and Daniel Bass and Shan Fleming both scored a score of 49.
For W.S. Neal, Justin Moye scored a 48 followed by Matt Trimmier’s 50, Devin Burch’s 51 and Kelan Bodiford’s 58.
