Search still on for escaped inmate

The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force is assisting with locating and apprehending state inmate William Paul Riley, an inmate with the Atmore Corrections Work Center.
Riley escaped in the vicinity of Pea Ridge Road, in Brewton, on Monday, July 25, 2011, at approximately 8:05 a.m. when he was reported missing from his assigned work area. It was later determined that Riley stole a red, 1993 Nissan pickup truck, license # 30A17LS, with a white thunderbolt design on the side. The truck belonged to an employee who left the keys in the vehicle.
Riley is a while male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighes 175 pounds, with brown eyes and blonde hair. He is serving a 15 year felony sentence for theft of property, second degree and receiving stolen property, second degree. His expiration of sentence date is scheduled March 17, 2015. A possible parole date was scheduled for March of 2013.
Inmate William Riley, AIS #177776, is considered an escapee from the Atmore Community Work Center. All appropriate law enforcement agencies were notified at the time of the escape.
Anyone with information about Riley is asked to notify any member of the local law enforcement or call 911.
