TRM football falls to No. 9 after loss

After suffering their first loss Friday against then No. 7 Bayside Academy, the T.R. Miller Tiger football team fell from No. 6 to No. 9 Wednesday.
There are four teams from class 3A region one ranked in the new poll with Washington County at No. 5 followed by Bayside at No. 6, Trinity at No. 7 and T.R. Miller at No. 9.
In class 4A, there are three teams ranked in the top 10 from region one with one getting honorable mention votes. Thomasville and Jackson are Nos. 1-2 in the poll and UMS-Wright is No. 8. Escambia County of Atmore received honorable mention votes.
W.S. Neal will take on No. 2 Jackson this week on the road.
