Mrs. Jannie Fillmore Davis, 75, died Saturday, Sept. 17, 2011 in Atmore. She was a native of Brewton and a resident of Atmore for most of her life. She attended Cannan Freewill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Stella Fillmore; two brothers, Jerry Fillmore and Bill Fillmore; and a sister, Luverne Morton.

She is survived by two brothers, Rob Fillmore of Atmore and Jessie Fillmore of Brewton; a sister, Luvenia ‘Shug’ Hayles of Atmore; a special niece, Tracy Harp of Atmore; a special nephew, Kevin Fillmore of Barnett Crossroads; and other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 19, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 10 a.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Brother Alan Harp and Kevin Fillmore officiating. Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery in Barnett Crossroads. Pallbearers will be nephews, Barry Fillmore, Kevin Fillmore, Matthew Fillmore, Michael Kornegay, Andrew Harp and Cameron Harp.
