TRM cross country team runs in Pensacola Saturday

In a 23-team field in both the boys and girls Pensacola Washington Wildcat Invitational Saturday, the T.R. Miller boys and girls teams placed 15th and sixth respectively.
The boys team ran a total time of 1:37:59.54 earning them 15th place while the girls ran a total time of 1:47:52.44 placing sixth.
For the boys team, Rob Stokes paced the Tigers with a 32nd place finish out of 154 runners with a time of 17:25.58. Christian Carlson placed 72nd with a time of 18:53.22 and Andrew Pollitte ran a time of 19:37.33 for 95th place.
Carter Frezell, Ryan Snowden, John West and Logan Lowery rounded out the Tiger finishers Saturday. Frezell placed 114th with a time of 20:43.31 while Snowden placed 126th with a time of 21:20.10.
West finished with a time of 21:51.00 for 129th place and Lowery placed 133rd with a time of 22:15.71.
For the Lady Tigers of T.R. Miller, Karisa Nelson came in first place with a third place finish as she ran a time of 19:00.54.
Katie Nelson placed 32nd with a time of 21:31.95 and Allie Nelson placed 37th with a time of 21:40.31.
Amber Nelson’s time of 22:08.18 gave her a 46th place finish and Katie Baggett placed 81st with a time of 23:31.46.
Amber Terry placed 93 out of 158 runners with a time of 23:51.73.
