Eddie Ingram Maxwell

Mrs. Eddie Ingram Maxwell, 82, died Nov. 28, 2011 at her residence in Montgomery. She was a native of Evergreen and a former resident of Hartford, Conn. before moving to Montgomery. She retired from mental health services and was a faithful member of New Life Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn L. Cannon.
She is survived by two children, Roderick M. Maxwell of Hartford, and Rosilind Y. Maxwell of Montgomery; six brothers, John Ingram, Carl Ingram, Ray Ingram, Foyd Ingram, Mark Ingram, and Sebrone Ingram; a sister, Edna McGoings; three grandchildren and many other friends and relatives.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 3, at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Grove AME Zion Church in Evergreen with the Rev. Dorothy Davis and the Rev. Charles E. Thomas officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant Grove AME Zion Church Cemetery with Presley-Fluker Funeral Home directing.
