EB softball beats Brewton Heat

The Brewton Heat softball team suffered an 11-6 loss to East Brewton Monday night.
The Heat led East Brewton 3-2 after the first inning but fell to three runs in the second inning to fall behind 5-3 heading to the third inning.
In the third, both teams plated two runs each as East Brewton carried a 7-5 lead into fourth inning before East Brewton outscored the Heat 4-1 in the inning to get the win by five.
Anna Grace White was the pitcher of record for the Heat in the loss as she went four innings and allowed eight hits, walked and struck out five.
Madison Douglas was 2-for-3 with two runs scored and White was 1-for-2 with one run scored and two RBIs.
Alexis King was 1-for-2 with one run scored and one RBI while Myra Reiss was 1-for-2.
Hannah Lisenby was 1-for-3 with one run scored and Ladonna Washington scored one run in the loss.
