Flomaton man’s reality show stint begins Friday night
Jacob Lambert’s 15 minutes — or maybe more — of fame begins Friday night.
Lambert, a firefighter and rescue diver from Flomaton, has already been garnering fans online ahead of Friday night’s premiere of season four of “Sweet Home Alabama,” a reality dating show on CMT.
Lambert is one of 11 “country” bachelors who will compete with 11 “city” bachelors for the hand of Kelsey Smith, a Shelton State Community College student from Tuscaloosa.
The show will air Friday nights at 8 on CMT.
In his official biography for the show, Lambert, a former member of the U.S. Marine Corps, says he looks up to his grandparents as “an example of real love.”
