TRM softball continues winning ways with 4-1 area win over CH

Moriah Brundidge pitched a complete game two-hitter and struck out 14 for the T.R. Miller Lady Tigers softball team Thursday at Cottage Hill to lead the Lady Tigers to a 4-1 area win. With the win, T.R. Miller improved to 9-2 overall with their sixth straight win and to 2-0 in area play.
Brundidge allowed one earned run and walked four as she went the distance in the circle for the Lady Tigers. Cottage Hill’s lone run came in the third inning while T.R. Miler plate one run each in the first, third, fifth and seventh innings.
At the plate for the Lady Tigers, Madison Douglas was 1-for-3, Steely Ruzic was 2-for-3, Mallori Floyd and Krystal Bell were both 1-for-4 with one RBI each and Anna Kate Brittain went 1-for-3.
