The East Brewton Police Department  received 53 complaints for the week of Mar. 15-21, 2014. They responded to two domestic calls, provided five escorts, assisted five other agencies, provided two welfare checks, responded to one burglary, and 38 other walk ins or calls.

The following charges were filed with The City of East Brewton Police Department for the week of March 15- 21, 2014.

March 18

Eugene Anderson, 19, of Lewis Lane, Brewton, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

March 19

Cody A. Boutwell, 20, of Florida St., was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

 

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 183 complaints for the week of March 15-21, 2014. They also responded to nine domestic calls, provided transportation for 31; served 88 civil papers, provided no domestic escort and six funeral escorts.

March 15

Andrew R. Terry, 22, male, of Rankin St., Brewton, was charged with violation of probation.

March 16

Sheila Godwin, 37, female, of Wright Dr., Bay Minette, was charged with four counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

March 17

Daniel D. Crenshaw, 26, male of Summers Drive, Atmore, was charged with second degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, second degree assault, third degree assault, six counts of  reckless endangerment,  two counts of third degree criminal mischief  and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries.

Jeffrey Gentry, 34, male of Madison Drive, Atmore, was charged with violation of probation.

March 18

James L. Johnson III, 30, male of Mohawk Lane, Brewton was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

March 19

Jerry Sanchez, 26, male of Jacksprings Road, Atmore, was charged with third degree domestic violence harassment.

Mallory B. Martin, 27, female of Jacksprings, Road, Atmore, was charged with third degree assault.

March 20

Yolanda Brown, 40, female of Pea Ridge Road, Brewton, was charged with third degree domestic violence harassment.

March 21

Timothy E. Dice, 48, male of Happy Hollow Drive, Milton, Fla., was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Joseph S. Mock, 36, male of Atmosphere Road, Atmore, was charged with public intoxication.

Edward E. Lowery, 35, male of Polk Road, Brewton, was charged with failure to appear.

Demetria C. Lawson, 35, male of Mobile Street, Atmore was charged with failure to appear.
