Police are searching for those responsible for the burglary of a Robinsonville Road home Thursday night.
Chief Deputy Mike Lambert said the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received the 911 call at approximately 10:30 p.m.
“The caller advised they had arrived home to find an unknown vehicle – a black Nissan four-door car – at the residence,” Lambert said. “The caller attempted to call 911 but was pulled from the vehicle and struck in the face by an object (possibly taken) from the residence.”
Lambert said the caller described the two suspects as black males approximately six feet tall weighing 250 pounds.
He said the suspects fled the scene and a later investigation determined that the home had been burglarized.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office at 251-368-4779 or 251-809-2154.
