From staff reports

Having already defeated rival T.R. Miller once this season in the Escambia County Tournament, and leading them 8-2 after three innings Tuesday night at home, it looked as if the W.S. Neal Eagles baseball team was on their way to their sixth straight win.
But things changed drastically in the fourth inning as TRM rallied with 13 runs and eventually score 15 unanswered runs to defeat the Eagles of East Brewton 17-8.
The win moved TRM to 5-1 overall this season while WSN saw their five-game winning streak snapped as they fell to 5-4 overall this season.
WSN led TRM 3-0 after one inning, and after TRM cut the lead to 3-2 in the top of the second, took a 6-2 lead after two innings of play. WSN would add two more runs in the bottom of the third inning to take an 8-2. That would be the last time the Eagles scored the remainder of the game.
For T.R. Miller, Tripp Floyd and JoJo Booker pitched in the win with Floyd being the pitcher of record.
Floyd went the first three innings and allowed nine hits, eight runs, five earned, walked one, hit one and struck out five.
Booker went the final four innings and allowed no hits, no runs, walked and struck out three while hitting one batter.
For WSN on the mound, the Eagles used five pitchers with Dalton Shell getting the start and the loss.
Shell went 3 2/3 innings and allowed 10 hits, 12 runs, six earned, walked one and struck out two.
Lane Chavers went 1/3 of an inning and allowed three hits, three earned runs, walked and struck out none while hitting one batter.
Jacoeby Hawthorne, Matt Hutchins and Colton Morris pitched the remaining three innings and combined to allow three hits, two earned runs, walked two, struck out one and hit two batters.
At the plate for TRM. Jones Manning had a triple and Hunter Brittain finished with a double. Manning went 2-for-4 with three RBIs while Drew Williamson was 2-for-4 with one RBI. Brittain went 1-for-5 with two RBIs while Chris Jones, Booker, Jason Konsler and Jordan Williams all had one hit each. Tim McDonald went 3-for-5 and Floyd was a perfect 4-for-4.
Floyd had two RBIs, Konsler had one, Williams had two and Caleb Winton had one.
For WSN at the plate, Colton Morris was 1-for-3 with one RBI and Miles Powell was 2-for-4 with one RBI. Lane Chavers went 1-for-2, Dakota Graves went 2-for-3 with one RBI and Malcolm Hawthorne went 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs.
WSN made six errors in the loss.
With the series now tied 1-1 between the Eagles and the Tigers, the two teams will meet again on Mon., April 13, at 4:30 p.m. in Brewton.
