Brewton Cal Ripken’s Orioles went 2-0 in their last two games as they came away with wins over the Yankees and the Tigers.
In their game against the Yankees, the Orioles won 11-3.
Sam Kelley and Cole Kelley combined for the pitching win.
At the plate, Cole Kelley went 3-for-4 with seven RBIs while Sam Kelley was 2-for-3.
Logan Tieppo went 1-for-2 with a double.
Against the Tigers, the Orioles won 7-5.
Once again, Cole Kelley and Sam Kelley combined for the pitching win.
At the plate, Cole Kelley went 2-for-2 while Tieppo went 1-for-3. Landon Barrentine went 2-for-3 while Bodie Hardy was 1-for-3.

RAYS DEFEAT ORIOLES
The East Brewton Rays picked up another win recently as they downed the Orioles 10-3.
In the win, the Rays pounded out one homerun, eight singles, three doubles and benefitted from nine walks and one hit batter to get the win.
The Orioles had three hits and scored three runs.
At the plate for East Brewton, Jacob Bondurant had a homerun while Jordan Crane had three hits and one RBI.
Isaac Smith had two doubles and four RBIs while Walker Hoomes added one hit and one RBI. Dustin Godwin chipped in one RBI while Gavin Leggett added two hits and two RBIs. Brian Wiggins had a double while Gaige Moulder and Cole Driskell had one hit each. Moulder added one RBI.
On the mound, Jordan Crane earned the win as he allowed three runs on three hits, struck out 11, and walked three.

RAYS FALL TO ANGELS
Down 6-1 to Brewton’s Angels after one inning, 8-1 after two innings and 9-1 after three innings, the East Brewton Rays rallied late but suffered a 10-9 loss.
The Rays plated four runs each in the fourth and fifth innings to tie the game at 9-all heading into the bottom of the fifth inning. In the bottom half of the inning, the Angels plated the game-winning run to get the win by one.
The Rays had nine hits in the loss, struck out nine times, walked four, and made nine errors.
At the plate for the Rays, Jacob Bondurant had two hits and scored two runs while Jordan Crane had two hits, scored one run and had one RBI. Walker Hoomes added a double and one RBI in the loss while Dustin Godwin had one hit and scored one run.
Gavin Leggett added a double and a hit while Antonia Asoing scored one run.
No stats were known from the Angels.
