WSN B-team football wins opener over Atmore Monday

The W.S. Neal B-team football team defeated Atmore Monday night 32-12.
Peyton Salter scored on a 5-yard run for the first score of the game and converted the two-point conversion after a pass from Matthew Thomas.
Marvin Maddox added the second score of the game as he scored on a 70-yard pass from Thomas and WSN added another conversion to go up 16-0. Maddox would later add a 25-yard touchdown reception from Thomas with two seconds left to put WSN up 24-0 at the half after the two-point conversion.
In the second half, WSN added their last touchdown after a Salter interception. Andrew Langham scored the final touchdown and the conversion was good.
Atmore added two touchdowns later, but WSN took the win by 20 points.
