Riggs wins 300th
Friday night T.R Miller head coach Jamie Riggs picked up his 300th win as a head coach when the Tigers defeated the Escambia County Blue Devils, 42-18.
“I think about all the people who have been here in the past. All of the great players and coaches who put up the time and effort and my family who has sacrificed a lot to allow me to this. It’s been a team effort among everybody and I hope they enjoy and feel a part of this as well.”
Coach Riggs began his career as head coach for Opp, winning 12 games. In 1989, he won his first game as T.R. Miller’s head coach against the Escambia County Blue Devils.
