Northview 36, TRM B-team 43

Miller led 18-13 at halftime, but an 11-point quarter by Northview brought the Miller lead to one point, 25-24. Miller would answer back outscoring Northview 16-12 to win the game.

Leading TRM was Michael Campbell with 14 points and Darius Williams with 13 points.

The B-team is 2-0 for the season.

 

Northview 14, TRM Lady Tigers 77

It was dominance from the beginning of the game for the Lady Tigers. Four players scored in double-figures for Miller.

Leading Miller were Mehkia Williams with 16 points and 5 assists; Steely Ruzic with 15 points and two steals; Janazsia Nettles with 13 points and Aleria Smith with 11 points and five rebounds.

The Lady Tigers are 5-3 for the season.

 

Northview 32, TRM Tigers 47

A dominant three quarters helped propelled Miller to the win. Miller outscored Northview 39-22 in the first three quarters. Miller was outscored 8-10 in the fourth but the lead was enough to hold off Northview.

Leading Miller were Ahmaud Taylor with 14 points and seven rebounds; Chardian Johnson with 10 points and seven rebounds; and Austin Holmes with eight points.

The Tigers are 3-2 for the season.

TRM will play W.S. Neal at home this Fri., Dec. 18. Games start at 4:30 p.m. with the B-team, followed by the girl’s varsity at 6 p.m., then boys varsity at 7 p.m.
