Today we celebrate National Doctor’s Day, held on March 30th of each year.  This is a special time to thank our local physicians for helping to keep us healthy.

We are blessed in our community to have an  amazing group of hard working doctors who go above and beyond every day to provide the best possible medical care to their patients.

Doctors have the power to change our lives.   They often help patients and families through some of life’s most difficult moments as well as joyful moments.  Physicians study and train for many years, work long and unpredictable hours, and often cope with the difficult demands of balancing work and family demands in order to serve their community.

I would like to personally thank all of the Doctors who have impacted my family.   I would like to thank all of you for fitting us into your already overbooked schedule.  I would like to apologize for stopping you at a party or the grocery store to ask a medical question.  Thank you for being there during illness and injury.  I appreciate and thank you.

In honor of Doctor’s Day, I invite you to take a moment to thank a physician for their hard work and dedication to our community.
