Grant funds available for organziations
It’s nearly time for the Greater Brewton Foundation to meet and review grant requests.
Applications are mailed to all the non-profit organizations that the Foundation has previously received applications from. If you are a member of an organization that is new to our community or simply didn’t receive an application, there is still time to apply.
Deadline for submission is Oct. 31. Grant requests do not have to be on an official form but they do need to include the following information:
• General information: organization name, address, contact person and nature and purpose of the organization; and,
• Specific info about grant request and funding such as amount requested; purpose of the request; total budget for the project; how many people will this project affect; and how will a grant make a difference in the outcome of this project.
Please include any other details that will help the board understand this project better, and list of major donors for your organization for the last three years.
