This past weekend the Rev. Dr. Willie J. Blue was honored by a Proclamation of Commendation issued by the Governor of Alabama, Kay Ivey, for his 30th Pastoral Anniversary at the Historical Second St. Siloam Missionary Baptist Church. Michael Floyd presented him the proclamation.
