Miriam Weaver of Brewton is Martin Realty Inc.’s newest licensed agent.

Weaver joined the group in July and is focusing on the Greater Brewton area.

She said the ability to help both the seller and the purchaser achieve their dreams is her motivation in the profession.

“I love seeing the joy on a family’s face when they take the next step in their future,” Weaver said. “Whether it’s buying or selling a home, it’s one of the largest decisions a family can make, and I am thrilled to be able to offer my services to those in Escambia County.”

Weaver, who works through the Monroeville agency, said that after earning her real estate license, she quickly learned that her new profession allowed a new way of helping people. She said she knows first-hand how stressful finding a new home can be, especially if the buyer is new to an area.

“My husband, James, who is from Brewton and I have been back in the area for the last 12 years,” she said. “During that time, I’ve developed the connections in the community that will greatly benefit anyone who is thinking of buying and selling a home, and I am ready to make your home experience a great one.”

The Weavers have four children – twins, Madalyn and Hannah; and two sons, Donavan and Nicholas.
