Local veterans will be honored Saturday with an event in Market Park, located next to the downtown mural and Bank of Brewton.

The event will feature  live music by Buddy Bell and the Silver Eagle Bank and a free lunch for veterans, their families and friends by Carlisa’s Drexel and Honeybee. The menu will consist of grilled hamburger steak or chicken with potato salad, baked beans, bread pudding, roll and water.
