Carlisa is back to spread the Christmas spirit with another free meal for the community.

Carlisa Thomas-McMillan is offering another free Christmas dinner this year at the L-House. The dinner will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Christmas day.

They are serving a smoked pork roast with coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, rolls, a beverage and a dessert to follow.

“All are welcome,” Carlisa said. “We want to feed the community. People suffer from food shortages all the time and on Christmas we want to make sure that doesn’t happen. It’s a chance for people to come together and spread the Christmas spirit.”

This will be the seventh year Carlisa has served a Christmas dinner in the greater Brewton community.
