Saddle up for the 20-year trail ride for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

This will take place at Buford and Wayne Strength’s Place on 328 Strength Lane Goodway, AL on April 6, 7 and 8. GPS address 328 Strength Lane Frisco City, AL 36445.

Their will be primitive camping available for horse riders and non-horse riders wishing to spend the night or weekend.

All proceeds will go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Schedule:

Friday April 6:

9 a.m. ride only

Saturday April 7:

9 a.m. – Horse riders and wagons depart and return at 3 p.m.

11 a.m. – BBQ plates will be available to the public for a donation. Make checks payable to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

2:30 p.m. – Gospel singing

4 p.m. – Auction- Buck dancing contest

8 p.m. – Country-singing (Night Movers Band) dance begins at 8 p.m.

8:30 p.m. – Buck Dance contest first place wins $100.00

Sunday April 8

7 a.m. – Breakfast

8:30 a.m. – Church service

10 a.m. – Horse riders and wagons depart

• Come and support this event and listen to local artists from around the country.
