East Brewton native and graduate from W.S. Neal in 2014, Tyler Joyner has been drafted by the Baltimore Orioles. Joyner was named RHP and two-time GSC pitcher of the year. Joyner was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the 30th round of the 2018 MLB draft. He was the pitcher for the University of North Alabama Lions in 2017 and 2018 after transferring from Jeff Davis CC in Brewton, AL.
