A Friday traffic stop in East Brewton landed at 20-year-old behind bars and facing drug charges.
East Brewton Police say that Chase Kennedy of 515 Victory Street in East Brewton was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to arrest reports, Kennedy was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped when a K9 alerted on the vehicle.
Police found a cigarette that had marijuana and rolling papers in it.
