Mrs. Beverly Hammac Evans, 74, of Brewton, Ala., passed away on Sat., Mar. 21, 2020 in Brewton, Ala..
Mrs. Evans was born in Brewton and was a lifelong resident of the community where she worked as a cosmetologist and owned and operated House of Beauty from 1968 until 2000. She was a member of Eastern Star, of Norris Lodge, loved her animals and baking.
She was preceded in death by her father, Autrey Hammac; brother, Joseph Earl Hammac; sister, Sandra Lee Harris; husband, James Luke ‘Steve’ Evans and fur babies, Angel and Tippy.
She is survived by her mother, Beulah Hammac of Brewton; son, James Autrey Evans of Brewton; daughters, JoAnn Evans of Brewton, Anita (Phil) Waguespack of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; grandchildren, Elisabeth Evans of Brewton, Keaton (Cindy) Norris of Navarre, Fla., Kelsey (Adam) Troller of Alexandria, Va., Krista Waguespack of Gulf Breeze, Fla., and great-grandchild, Edison Jude Troller of Alexandria, Va.
Graveside services will be held on Sat., Mar. 28, 2020 at Hanberry Cemetery at 1:30 PM with Bro Phillip Pettis officiating and under the direction of Craver’s Funeral Home of Brewton, Ala.
