D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital (DWM) announced that Stacy Hines has been named as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Stacy will be responsible to develop short and long-term strategies and tactics to assure operational excellence, management and control for DWM and related entities. This will include development of new business lines of service to drive growth and provide oversight to ensure the hospital continues to progress in alignment with the strategic plan.
“Initially, Stacy will be responsible as project lead for the opening of the D.W. She was promoted to Business Office and Physician Clinics Director in 2016 with responsibility for the revenue cycle process for DWM and the management of the hospital’s two clinics owned and operated by DWM. Stacy was promoted in February of 2019 to Director of Revenue Cycle for the Escambia County Healthcare Authority.
Prior to joining DWM, Stacy was employed with Integrated MD Solutions, Inc. a medical services organization based out of Baldwin County, where she served as a Credentialing & Project Specialist supporting approximately 30 private practice physicians. She is a 2005 graduate of Auburn University.
