More than a dozen new COVID-19 cases reported in county

In just one week, the Escambia County Healthcare Authority data shows 16 new cases of COVID-19 reported in the county.
Some 15 new cases were reported following testing at D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in Brewton. Only one new cases was reported following testing at Atmore Community Hospital.
