GBF seeking applicants for upcoming grant season

Greater Brewton Foundation to meet and review grant requests.Applications are mailed to all the nonprofit organizations the Foundation is aware of. If you are a member of an organization that is new to our community or simply didn’t receive an application, there is still time to apply. The deadline for submission is Oct. 31; that date is firm. Grant requests do not have to be on an official form but they do need to include the following information: A. General info–Organization name & address; Contact person; Nature and purpose of the organization B. Specific info about grant request and funding–Amount requested; Purpose of the request; Total budget for the project; How many people will this project affect? How will a grant make a difference in the outcome of this project?; Please include any other details that will help the board understand this project better. C. List major donors for your organization for the last 3 years.
