Each spring, the Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce honors one or more of our community’s residents as Citizen(s) of the Year.
The search is now on as the Chamber seeks nominations for the annual honor.
The 2022 Citizen of the Year in the business category was Steven Creamer, owner of Creamer Dozier, Cramer Power Equipment and Road Ready.
In the civic participation category, Marcus and Valerie Hall were recognized for their work with children throughout the community in a program they began for the youth.
Each year the Chamber seeks nominations for the honor. This year, the awards will be announced during the annual Chamber banquet set for March 14.
