If golf is your favorite pastime, an upcoming event planned by the Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce may provide some fun while helping the local organization.
The 2023 event marks the 17th year for the Annual Chamber Classic Golf Tournament and will be held Thursday, Aug. 17 at Juniper Creek.
The four-person scramble will be limited to the first 22 teams to register. Lunch and registration will be held at noon with a shotgun start for the tournament at 1 p.m.
The $500 team sponsorship package will include team entry, lunch, cart and green fees, range balls and a sponsorship logo displayed on the Clubhouse Banner and on a hole along the course.
The $100 Hole sponsorship will include a sponsor signed placed on tee.
Peach GMC is making a Hole-in-one Car and other prizes possible for the event.
